Andrew has grown up in the NVSL league. In addition to swimming with the Rolling Valley Dolphins, he has experience coaching summer swim with a number of NVSL divisions and teams. A 2018 graduate of West Springfield High School and a member of the WSHS swim & dive team, Andrew has many swim accolades to his name. He swam year-round with the Mason Makos club team and completed his collegiate swimming career at Shippensburg University (PA) where he holds the university's Men 200yd IM record.
Andrew has experience working with all ages of youth. He has worked in 7th grade student teaching; in the pool with Special Olympics; and has been a lifeguard, pool manager, and supervisor for many years. This is Andrew's 2nd year as head swim coach.
Charlie started swimming for Rolling Hills when he was 12 years old and competed for 6 seasons. He was an assistant coach, lifeguard, and swim instructor for a number of years before becoming an assistant head coach. While on the team his favorite events were the 50m Fly and the 100m IM. This is Charlie's 3rd year on the head coaching staff.
