2026 Swim Coaches
We are excited to welcome Jake Anderson as our next Rolling Hills Swim Club Head Coach. Coach Jake comes to us with more than a decade of summer swim coaching experience in both the NVSL and CSL, and 6+ years of experience working year-round with USA Swimming and Nations Capital Swim Club (NCAP). Jake’s swimming career began just around the corner at his neighborhood pool with the Rolling Forest Tidal Waves. He swam with NCAP-Burke, where he was a Junior National gold medalist, and swam collegiately at St. Andrews University, where he was an NAIA National finalist in the 50 Free and 100 Breast.
Coach Jake’s passion for coaching began as a high schooler at his neighborhood NVSL pool. His first experience coaching with USA Swimming came in 2013 where he took on a part time position assisting in the creation of a brand-new team—the St. Andrews Sand Sharks. After graduating college Coach Jake was thrilled to have the opportunity to dive back into his passion for the sport as a full-time coach with NCAP, and stepped back into the summer swimming world as the Head Coach of the Rolling Forest Tidal Waves from 2021-2023 and the Burke Centre Penguins from 2023-2025. He works regularly with athletes of every level - beginning 6 & unders, NCSA National qualifiers, and National Age-Group record setters in the 80+ age group.
Jake could not be happier to bring his experience and love for the sport to Rolling Hills this summer!
Charlie started swimming for Rolling Hills when he was 12 years old and competed for 6 seasons. He was an assistant coach, lifeguard, and swim instructor for a number of years before becoming an assistant head coach. While on the team his favorite events were the 50m Fly and the 100m IM. This is Charlie's 5th year on the head coaching staff.
