The Rolling Hills Seahawks Dive team is part of the Northern Virginia Swimming League (NVSL). Our goal is for every diver to learn to dive safely, enjoy the sport of diving, and to have fun.

ELIGIBILITY

School age children and youth (age 18 or under on June 1st) are invited to join the Seahawks Dive Team. No previous dive experience is necessary; however, the diver must be able to swim across the pool and show an interest in learning how to dive.  In order to compete in a dive meet, divers must be able to execute three dives at 10 years and under (Freshmen), four dives at 11-12 years old (Juniors), five dives at 13-14 years old (Intermediates), and six dives at 15-18 years old (Seniors).  Every diver must be able to do a front dive and back dive along with their choice of optional dives.
